Dear Joe,

Sorry I missed this one. Can't understand it. first mistake I've made in 50 years. (Be sure you tell (undeciphered) I said this).

Sent the last pack of about 50 pieces to Tom on 2/16. I talked to him the next evening so he's expecting them.

Thanks for the update on the litho's. Have never heard officially that Jap's issued orders to kill prisoners. Have heard directly from some POW's that they were around to areas on potential invasion sites. I've been made a honorary member of the Aug 15, 1945 foundation. This is made up of mostly Dutch people captured in the East Indies and held in camps by the Japs. I'll inquire of their membership in the order.
