Despite the popularity of Japanese woodblock prints world-wide, there are few curated educational resources on them for researchers and art-lovers.
Our ethos of accessible education for all has compelled us at Ezen to initiate the Ezen Database Project: an open access database of Japanese woodblock prints, certification, and signatures for researchers and the curious.
We’re calling for dedicated volunteers with an interest in art digitisation, art history, database collation, data analytics and/or code to help us achieve this goal. Consider volunteering with us!
