Invitation to Participate in Angel Central Event with Drum Tao from Japan

Angel Central, one of the premier shopping complexes in the Angel area, is hosting a vibrant cultural event, and we would love for you to be a part of it! Organised in collaboration with Ezen Foundation, this exciting gathering will bring together businesses, artists, and brands in a high-footfall environment, providing an excellent opportunity for promotion and sales.

Event Detail

    • Date: 6th March 2025. Arrival any time before 10:00, event opens at 11:00.
    • Location: Angel Central, 21 Parkfield Street, London N1 0PS.
    • Expected Footfall: Approximately 20,000 visitors throughout the day, with peak hours seeing 2,000-3,000 attendees (weather dependent).

 

Key Attractions:

Drum Tao Performances – The internationally renowned Japanese taiko drumming group, Drum Tao, will be showcasing free live demos at 4 PM, 5 PM, and 6 PM (15-minute performances on the hour).

Children’s Art Activity – Hosted by Wagamama to engage young visitors.

Customisation Booth – Organised by Uniqlo, offering visitors a chance to personalise their purchases.

Ezen Designs & Japanese Gallery Angel – Featuring a selection of stationery and original Japanese artwork.

Marketing Exposure – The event will be promoted via Ezen Japan’s Instagram (46K followers), ensuring strong visibility. Promotional video:

Arrival and Trading Times

Traders must arrive by 10:00am to allow time to set up and be ready to trade from 11:00am. Please note that traders arriving after this time will not be permitted to trade. Trading can continue until 6:30pm, with the option to stay later if you wish.

 

Health & Safety

All items must be stored safely. Chairs, bags, and boxes are not permitted on the floor.

 

What Traders Need to Bring

Traders must bring their branding materials such as business cards, banners, and signage, as well as portable chargers for any card readers or electronic devices.

 

Invitation to Hold a Table/Stand

We are inviting participants who wish to set up a table or stand at the event. This is an excellent opportunity to sell products, showcase your brand, or engage in direct marketing in a high-traffic venue. 

 

If you are interested in securing a space, please confirm your participation as soon as possible to ensure availability. We currently have five bigger tables available. Please confirm if you will require a table to be provided, as we can supply the following table upon request:

We currently have three lower tables available. For those requiring a lower table we also have the following option available, please let us know in advance should you need to book one for the event. :

The lower tables also have a white version. Five of these tables are available and  a table cloth can be added on top of them.

Kindly confirm the number of tables you require for the event.

 

Important Details for Participants:

No Participation Fee – This is a free opportunity offered on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited availability.

Short Notice – As there is less than a week to prepare, we encourage prompt responses.

Flexible Participation – Whether you are looking to sell, promote, or interact with a diverse audience, this is an excellent platform.

To cover organisation and promotional cost, we are asking for a £100 contribution should you encounter success on the day of the event.
